As a specialist mobile shop handling new, used, refurbished, and repaired devices, we maintain strict privacy protocols regarding your physical phone data:
● For Trade-Ins/Sales to Us: Customers are required to perform a factory reset and remove all account locks (iCloud, Google Account) before handing over a device. Any data remaining on the device during processing will be securely erased immediately.
● For Repairs: Our technicians will only access the software features strictly necessary to test and verify the hardware repair. We highly recommend backing up your data before submitting a device for service.
